Rick Butler has been an architect working in the middle range ($2M – $20m) of projects since 1975. He founded the current practice in 1979. He is the overall manager of the major task of the firm which is ‘Architecture’ and the successful creation and implementation of ideas. Inherent in all the work is the determination to design within budgets and ensure projects are viable.
Warren Fletcher
Associate Director
Warren Fletcher is an experienced architect who has been with the office for 20 years. His responsibilities cover most projects including design, documentation, liaison with Council and site inspections. He is fully aware of all projects in the office and is regarded as an excellent designer and craftsman.
Kalyan Raju
Senior Architect
Kalyan Raju is an experienced Architect with over 18 years of experience. His responsibilities include design, documentation, liaison with council and site inspections. Kalyan has vast experience in Education, Multi Residential and commercial projects.
